International Fair for Animal Production
ANIMAL TECH, National Livestock Show and National Hunting Show were record breaking
The ANIMAL TECH International Fair for Animal Production, the National Show of Livestock and the National Gamekeeping Show took place at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 22 to 26 April 2023. The exhibition centre hosted 236 exhibitors from 8 countries. Almost 50,000 people passed through the gates of the exhibition centre.
ANIMAL TECH 2023 Gold Medals and ProfiPress Publishers Editorial Awards
Prizes for the best exhibits of the year have their owners. Five Gold Medals were presented at the opening ceremony, three prizes were also handed out by editorial boards of professional periodicals.
ANIMAL TECH and National Livestock Show have been officially launched
Praises for the god work of breeders, and calls for greater support for Czech agriculture, but also a choir, a parade of show bulls and awards for the best exhibits. This was the opening ceremony of this year's show in Hall P.
Cattle competitions and championships as an integral part of the National Show of Livestock
Saturday's programme in Hall P on the demonstration sites started from the very morning with competitions for children and juniors. The youngest handler was a seven-year-old girl who bravely managed a calf almost bigger than she was. National championship of the Aberdeen Angus meat breed took place at noon.
Supplies for beekeepers, honey products and beekeeping lectures
The beekeeping exhibition is hosted in Hall F; it is intended for professionals as well as the general public. Beekeeping supplies, honey and beeswax products will be featured – such as honey, mead, cosmetics and much more. Experienced beekeepers will also be present to give advice on keeping bees, for example.
Attractive equestrian programme in Hall F and in the outdoor area
Horses are presented every day in the programme in the Arena and in the Ring in Hall F, and also on the mountain trail in the outdoor area. There will be breeders' demonstrations of horse breeds, horse training demonstrations and communication with horses. Children can also enjoy horseback riding.
National Show of Livestock, Animal Tech and National Hunting Show have begun today
The National Show of Livestock, Animal Tech and National Gamekeeping Show have begun today. All these events will occupy four halls of the Brno Exhibition Centre, including the largest Hall P and, of course, most of the outdoor areas.
Farmers', breeders' and hunters' festival
The ANIMAL TECH International Fair for Animal Production, the National Show of Livestock and the National Gamekeeping Show will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre From 22 to 16 April. The extra programme features national championships of beef and dairy cattle. As a novelty, the National Championship of Czech Spotted Cattle will be held in Brno.
