Brief characteristics of the exhibit
The ARTEP crusher solves a burning problem with the processing of long and emulsion or oil-contaminated metal chips formed during machining, which are difficult to use without further processing. The problem is the occurrence of pieces such as clippings, accidentally dropped workpieces, etc., which cannot be completely prevented by most producers. This makes the material almost unprocessable. The reason for crushing can be the preparation of the material for its further processing, for example briquetting or just a simple reduction volume by crushing. The patented design of the crusher allows any piece to be automatically removed from the crushing chamber when crushing chips. At the same time, the machine is very energy efficient compared to many times more demanding other technologies.
