International Engineering Fair

MSV 2022 will feature important companies across industries

 

This year's MSV International Engineering Fair, which will be held from 4 to 7 October 2022 at the Brno Exhibition Centre, will feature important companies from all fields of engineering. Both regular and new exhibitors are preparing their presentations; a number of companies that were unable to attend last year's season due to the lockdown are also returning. It has also been confirmed that the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes has become the partner of the fair. Attention will also be paid to the IMT, PLASTEX, WELDING, FOND-EX and PROFINTECH specialised fairs.

The strongest sectors in terms of the number of exhibitors and the extent of space occupied will traditionally be machining and forming. These will be highlighted at the IMT fair, which is organised in close cooperation with the Association of Engineering Technology. Companies such as ALFLETH Engineering AG, Bomar, CNC invest, CZ. TECH Čelákovice, DATRON-TECHNOLOGY, DMG MORI Czech, GALIKA AG, GF Machining Solutions, HEIDENHAIN, CHIRON Czech, ISCAR ČR, ITAX PRECISION, LASCAM systems, Ludačka Machine Tools, M&V, Maschinenfabrik Berthold Hermle AG, Misan, NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe Ltd., PENTA TRADING, PILOUS-pásové pily, Renishaw, RETOS VARNSDORF, REXIM, SCHUNK Intec, Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen, SK Technik, SMW Autoblok, ST COM, STYLE CNC Machines BV, TAIMA, TAJMAC-ZPS, TECNOTRADE OBRÁBĚCÍ STROJE, TEXIMP SA, TOS Hostivař, TOS VARNSDORF, TOSHULIN and Walter will also be featured. The forming sector will be represented by companies such as ADIGE - BLM GROUP, Flow Europe, Maqfort, Nukon, PRESSENTECHNIK, Prima Power, Rimatec, Sp-Tech, Stema-tech, STROMAC and TRUMPF Praha.

Steadily strong sectors will also include electronics, automation and measurement technology, presented by companies such as Beckhoff Automation, Bosch Rexroth, Carl Zeiss, DELTARAY BV, FANUC Czech, Hexagon Metrology, KUKA, Mitutoyo Czech Republic and PRIMA BILAVČÍK.

Other engineering fields such as materials and components for engineering or drives, hydraulics and pneumatics will also be largely represented at MSV by names such as ARGO-HYTOS, BIBUS, BÖLLHOFF, ELESA+GANTER CZ, HENNLICH, HIWIN, PNEUMAX Automation or Ovako AB. Additive manufacturing is also ranking among important industries, and will be represented by companies such as 3Dwiser, MCAE Systems and Prusa Research by Josef Prusa.

Leading companies from the welding sector will be featured at the WELDING fair. ABICOR BINZEL, CLOOS PRAHA, FRONIUS Czech Republic, JC-METAL, Messer Cutting Systems Slovakia, Migatronic CZ, Valk Welding CZ, Vanad 2000 or Yaskawa Czech will not be missing out.

The PLASTEX International Plastics, Rubber and Composites Fair will also be strongly attended by companies such as ARBURG, BOLE Europe Technology, ENGEL, GMS Wholesale, GUMEX, Hasco Austria, INCOE International Europe, JAN SVOBODA, JSW Machines, KNARR, Luger, MEPAC CZ, ONI-Wärmetrafo, Piovan Central Europe, VACULA, Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery Czech Republic, Stäubli Systems, Synventive Molding Solutions, and others.

The PROFINTECH fair specializes in surface treatment; Advantage-fl.cz, Ecoclean, GALATEK, I.K.V., IDEAL-Trade Service, Rösler Oberflächentechnik, STEM Slovakia and SURFIN Technology will be presenting their products here.

Trends in the foundry industry will be presented at FOND-EX, featuring companies such as ACESO PRAHA, AGRATI, Heinrich Wagner Sinto Maschinenfabrik, Inductotherm Europe, Insertec, Maschinenfabrik Gustav Eirich or Mazzon.

Transport and logistics, together with industrial packaging, are also popular sectors at MSV. This area will be represented, for example, by ACCORD PRAHA, ALTO SYSTEMS, Convoi, DENIOS, ENPRAG, IMANPACK PACKAGING, Interroll CZ, Kasys, Linde Material Handling, ONDRÁŠEK INK-JET SYSTEM, Turck or VertiFlex.

This year's MSV will newly take place over four days – from Tuesday 4 October to Friday 7 October. Its main topics include the digitisation of industry, which will be the focus of the third season of the Digital Factory 2.0 project.
