Brief characteristics of the exhibit
TATRA Agrotruck is based on TATRA unique chassis and thanks to this can be used comfortably both on- or off-road. TATRA PHOENIX’s based, tree axle, all-wheel-drive, model uses Paccar MX engines, ZF transmissions or Allison automatic transmission. Steerable third axle and central tire inflation system are extra options. It can be treated as an agricultural tractor and in connection with suitable semitrailers can boost productivity and total efficiency of transportation in agriculture. Design of the vehicle respects demand of farmers for low-pressures on soil.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
Excellent in off-road conditions thanks to independent swinging half-axles. Outstanding comfort and high speed in terrain thanks to air suspension on all axles. GVW of the unit has been optimized to legal conditions. Wide, low-pressure tires combined with central inflation system minimize the pressures on soil.
