Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Modern system of controlling seed rate Seedeye breaking new ground in seeding. This technology allows to operators setting of seed rate directly from the tractor cab, without necessity of the calibration. Optical sensors placed in each seed tube exactly and reliably monitor amount of seed flowing to the seed coulters, counting them with accurancy of individual and automatically regulate seed meter unit speed. Due to it can operator adjust, in modern user interface on iPad in tractor cabin, exact amount of plants per square meter and start work. Sensors are able to detect small seeds like oilseed rape or mustard seed.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
Väderstad is only producer on the market which offer this technology. Thanks to SeedEye is removed calibration and also possibility of the wrong performance of the calibration. Seed rate is adjustable from tractor cab and change of the crop type is matter of seconds, which rapidly increase productivity and precision of seeding.
