Digitization of buildings and creation of BIM model

The paper presents the author's previous experience with the use of 3D laser scanning technology for detailed documentation of buildings - buildings, technological equipment and historic buildings. It also mentions the process of modeling existing objects in the form of BIM, the possibility of working with descriptive information and the benefits of publishing and presenting BIM models in an interactive environment.
