Culinary specialties from every corner of the world – this concisely describes Exhibition Hall A. “At SALIMA will be represented every area of gastronomy – suppliers of meat products, food ingredients, dairy products, confectionery, teas and coffees, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will all be on show,” says project manager Dušan Pelikán. Visitors can taste and purchase everything. Foreign food producers will be well-represented. Products from Belarus, Estonia, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Slovakia and Tunisia will be available. “Indonesian firms will be staging a large exhibition. They’ll be presenting traditional foods from various regions of Indonesia – so lots of specialities to choose from…” adds Pelikán.
