Fair of renewable energy sources in agriculture and forestry
TECHAGRO, SILVA REGINA and BIOMASS 2018
Three international trade fairs focusing on agricultural technology, forestry and hunting, and renewable energy in agriculture and forestry will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 8 to 12 April 2018. TECHAGRO, SILVA REGINA and BIOMASA rank among the biggest events of the kind in Europe and are a clear number one in the Czech Republic and Central Europe.
TECHAGRO features mainly machinery for plant growing such as seed drills, fertilizing machines, soil conditioners, machines for harvesting and further crop processing. An important part of the exhibited items consists of agricultural machinery and tractors. Every year, this trade fair is attended by all representatives of all major international manufacturers. "TECHAGRO is a parade of the best that the Czech Republic can offer to Central Europe and the world in the field of agricultural equipment and technology, as well as a showcase of what Europe can offer to Czech farmers," said Czech Agriculture Minister Marian Jurečka.
The SILVA REGINA fair presents machinery for forest logging and timber handling, machines and tools for forest renewal and plantation maintenance. On open areas, visitors can take a look at examples of work with machinery and tools in a forest. The fair also focuses on hunting. In addition to guns, exhibitors will also show trophies and hunting optics. You can also shop here for hunting outfit and gear.
The BIOMASS fair presents novelties and current trends in renewable energy sources in agriculture. Visitors are in for thematic exhibition stands, but also lectures, conferences and practical demonstrations. The last year of the BIOMASS fair was populated by almost 50 exhibitors from all around Europe.
Brno‘s agricultural, forestry and hunting fairs are sought after not only by professionals from the Czech Republic; they also provide visitors with space for contracting, discussing cooperation or purchase top technology and equipment. Last season of the fair, 772 exhibitors were reported from 40 countries, whose stands were seen by nearly 113,000 visitors from 48 countries.
