BIOMASS will be located in Hall Z and its surroundings in 2020, most of the exhibits will be related to the energy use of wood, visitors will also find equipment for the use of agricultural biomass and technology for biogas stations. Among the exhibitors of crushers and wood chippers there are companies such as Mouder, Biber, Eko Bandit, Karlow Karlshof, boilers for biomass combustion will be exhibited, among others, by Petrojet, Kovarson, Biomac, Atmos, Dufa kamna or Dřevo-Produkt. In the field of biogas plant technology, visitors will find companies such as EnviTec, agriKomp Bohemia or Schaumann. Exhibitors' applications keep coming in, interest in the BIOMASS trade fair is growing every year.

As climate change continues, it is becoming increasingly important to obtain energy from renewable sources, including agricultural and forestry biomass. The supporting programme will also aim to support the expansion of biomass energy use. Demonstration of biomass processing machines will take place at exhibitors' stands throughout the expo, expert lectures and discussions will be given on the days with the highest attendance of trade visitors. A special stage will be reserved for BIOMASS in Hall Z and the programme will focus on the use of all types of biomass with an emphasis on wood processing and combustion.

The GRAND PRIX exhibit competition is also being prepared, in which exhibits of the BIOMASS expo will also be featured. Trade missions from abroad will also come to the Brno agricultural and forestry fairs.

As every year, favourable conditions for group visits (bus tours) are prepared, with reduced admission from Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday, and free admission on Friday. The best way for individual visitors is to buy their tickets via website, which has been available since the beginning of October.
