IDEX ABU DHABI 2015 – Official Czech Participation
IDEX 2015, the biggest defense and security technology fair in the Middle East, took place in Abu Dhabi from 22nd to 26th February 2015. The trade fair is held every two years, and the Czech Republic attends regularly as an official participant under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
Twenty-one Czech companies introduced their new products ranging from weapons, communication and radiolocation technologies, manufacturing and disposal of explosives, up to military protective gear and uniforms to the Arab world. For the first time the Czech national exhibition stand was created to a fully new graphic manual developed by the Czech Ministry for Industry and Trade. This manual uses a customized design and special materials to underscore the quality of Czech products.
The satisfaction of the exhibitors from the challenging defense technology segment proved that BVV Trade Fairs Brno mastered this task from both the organizational and the technical perspective. The stand also made an exceptionally positive impression on the delegation of the Ministry of Defense led by its deputy minister, Mr. Tomáš Kuchta.
