MSV 2014 - preparations culminate
The Brno Exhibition Centre and its the Stand Construction and Services section annually set up more than 600 exhibition stands of varying size and complexity for the International Engineering Fair (MSV), while dozens of exhibition stands are implemented in parallel at trade fairs that take place abroad at the same time. Such amount of exhibition stands set up simultaneously requires a high degree of coordination and work with deadlines. For capacity reasons, all offers processed for exhibitors of MSV 2014 contain the “offer validity deadline”. These are usually linked to pricing advantages that can be guaranteed only in dates that allow for capacity planning of the setup of the whole fair.
