International Sales Exhibition of Minerals, Fossils, Jewels and Natural Products
30th MINERALS BRNO starts up at the Brno Exhibition Centre already this weekend
The international sales exhibition of minerals, fossils, jewels and natural products MINERALS BRNO will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre between 24th and 25th May 2014 for the thirtieth time.
The participation in the exhibition has been confirmed by 160 exhibitors coming mainly from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, India, China and Romania.
New products and interesting items to be introduced by the exhibitors
The
visitors to the Minerals Brno exhibition can look forward to a broad assortment
of jewels, including designer’s jewels, processed stones, collector’s stones,
fossils, natural materials and specialist
literature. The visitors will
also have an opportunity to buy products, decoration and home accessories made
of precious stones and minerals. Besides other items on display or for sale,
there will be original tin jewels with
minerals, precious stones and jewellery from Peru, jewellery with Czech garnets
and moldavites, cut jewel stones, agates
from Czech and worldwide localities, unique crystals from Arkansas, new collector’s minerals from China, Madagaskar and Spain, new collector’s stones from the
Portuguese locality of Panasqueira, rare
samples of rubellites- raspberry-coloured tourmalines crystals, investment gold samples, meteorites,
Ethiopian opals and amethysts.
Minerals Brno is also the venue of the collectors fair for those who come here to boast interesting items from their collections of minerals they have found themselves or bought at mineralogical exhibitions.
MINERALS BRNO will certainly offer an inspiration for interior furnishing. For those who like to be surrounded by precious stones and products made of them at home or in the office, the exhibition will offer e.g. amethyst geodes, bowls, cups, vases, clocks and other accessories made of aragonites, candlesticks, statuettes and pictures made of precious stones and geo pictures on display or for sale.
Minerals Brno along with GRAND PRIX VINEX
The MINERALS BRNO exhibition will be held along with public wine tasting taking place on the gallery ( 1st floor) of Hall B at the weekend, 24th -25th May- wines entered in the GRAND PRIX VINEX 2014. The tasting of competition wines will also be open to the MINERALS BRNO visitors.
Minerals Brno for the thirtieth time this year – a little reminiscence of the very first show
The first minerals exhibition titled the Beauty of minerals, fossils and jewels took place in 1998 at the Congress Centre of the Brno exhibition centre on the last three days of the Christmas fair , i.e. between 18th – 20th December. At that time it was attended by 49 exhibitors and some of them have been attending the fair to date - we wish to extend our thanks to all exhibitors’ for their steady loyalty to the Minerals Brno exhibition.
