The MINERALS BRNO exhibition is a meeting point for collectors, a buying opportunity for the general public and an awareness raising event dedicated to minerals, gems and geology. The range of products on display included jewels, precious stones, minerals and collectors‘ stones, natural products, fossils, decorations and home accessories made of minerals and precious stones, specialist literature and other mineralogical and geological gear.
The 32nd Minerals Brno Exhibition held on 23rd – 24th May 2015 was attended by a total of 164 exhibitors. The largest number of exhibitors arrived from the Czech Republic (120), ), there was also a large number of exhibitors from Slovakia and Poland, others came from Hungary, Germany, Belgium, India, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania and Austria. The total number of foreign exhibitors was 44.

32. MINERALS BRNO again together with wine tasting
The May MINERALS BRNO exhibition took place on the ground floor of Hall B, along
with wine tasting on the Hall B gallery featuring wines that have won high
scores in the 22nd edition of the GRAND PRIX VINEX international competition. The

had free access to the wine-tasting event and most of them used this
opportunity to spend a pleasant Saturday evening on Hall B gallery. This
liaison was also appreciated by the GRAND PRIX VINEX organisers and it will
continue next year.
Visit rate
The 32nd MINERALS BRNO exhibition and tasting of wines entered in the 22nd
edition of the GRAND PRIX VINEX competition were visited by 4,111 paying visitors, which is about a thousand
paying visitors more than last year in May. Free admission tickets were also distributed
and these were used by 448 visitors and invitations to GRAND PRIX VINEX were accepted
by a total of 86 visitors. Both these events were attended by 4,645 visitors.

in 2015 and 2016
The MINERALS BRNO exhibition in the spring has
proved successful and the exhibition will thus continue to be held twice a year
in the years to come.
November 2015
The 33rd edition of the MINERALS BRNO exhibition will take place between 14th – 15th November 2015. During the November edition, the
Minerals Brno 2015 exhibition will include again a supporting programme
consisting of a supporting exhibition dedicated to Mineralogical attractions of
the former Soviet countries.
May 2016
The 34th edition of the MINERALS BRNO exhibition will take place between 21st – 22nd May 2016 along with the tasting of wines entered in the 23rd edition
of the GRAND PRIX VINEX 2016 competition. The May MINERALS BRNO will take
place without a supporting programme.
November 2016
The 35th edition of the MINERALS BRNO exhibition will take place between 19th – 20th November 2016
We look forward to seeing you in November 2015 at the 33rd edition of MINERALS BRNO, which will take place between 14th – 15th November 2015 in Hall B at the Brno exhibition centre.
