National Championship of Czech Spotted Cattle to take place for the first time in Brno
On Tuesday
25 April, the National Show of Livestock 2023 will host the National
Championship of Czech Spotted Cattle, which will take place in Brno for the
first time. The judge will be Jože Smolinger from Slovenia. After the end of
the National Championship, we will also hold a regular members' meeting of the
Association directly at the exhibition centre.
As part of the expo's extra programme, young juniors will be presented at the exhibition centre on Saturday 22 April at the JUNIOR TEAM Championship of Dairy Breeds. Representatives of the JUNIOR TEAM CESTR will compare their experience with juniors of other dairy breeds before a judge from Italy. On Wednesday 26 April, in cooperation with colleagues from the Czech Beef Cattle Breeders' Association, the Czech Association of Breeders of Small Dairy Breeds and the Holstein Cattle Breeders' Association of the Czech Republic, an auction of breeding heifers and embryos should be organized, as a novelty of this year's event.
