New conception from 2017 – focus on livestock production
In 2017 the
presentation of livestock, machinery and technology for livestock production at
the Brno Exhibition Centre will gain an entirely new space. This new complex of
events held with the ANIMAL TECH trade fair and the National Show of Livestock
is focussed on livestock production and is for those with a professional
interest – breeders, farmers, vets and animal technicians. At the same time the
National Gamekeeping Show and NATUR EXPO BRNO – the Fair for Sustainable Living in the Landscape –
will be taking place.
This conception brings more professionalism to the presentation of livestock
and the associated technology and will be more effective for the producers and
importers of livestock technology, veterinary and reproductive technology,
suppliers of feed and medicines for livestock and producers and importers of
agricultural machinery.
ANIMAL TECH and the National Show of Livestock will take place next year in a new slot from May 11 to 14, 2017.
The successful year 2015:
- 148 exhibitors from 8 countries
- 277 breeders
- Exhibition area – 4 729 m2
- Area for livestock – 16 900 m2
- 51 727 visitors from 16 countries (together with the PROPET exhibition)
- More than a third of visitors working in agricultural concerns or associated services
- Almost half of the visitors worked in livestock or plant production
