International Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology Fair
OPTA is postponed to April 2021
Dear exhibitors,
Due to the current pandemic situation, after consultation with some exhibitors and the Association of Czech Opticians and Optometrists (SČOO), we decided to postpone OPTA to a replacement date in April, as we previously announced in our letter of 30 October 2020.
We were supposed to make this decision only at the end of January, but we are well aware you need to make your preparations well in advance. The April date seems to us to be more suitable given the current situation and more optimal for the holding of this major sectoral event.
OPTA 2021 is therefore postponed to 23 – 25 April 2021 and will take place in Hall B.
This also means the postponement of the application deadline, which is now 15 February 2021 (this is the deadline until which preferential terms apply).
During February, we will start to communicate more extensively with you concerning the location and preparation of your display, so that we can send you a confirmation of the allocation of exhibition area by mid-March 2021.
