Confirmed – EPM Competition Collection „Sauvage“ will be in Brno!
The prestigious International EPM competition
"Sauvage" emphasizing freedom, nature and new perspectives has lent
us a selection of 30 selected quilts for PPM Brno! The beautiful works from
this prestigious competition will be on display on the 1st floor of Hall E
during the PPM exhibition. Just as a teaser, here are the award-winning works
by Karen Milne /USA and Montse Forcadell Blasco /Spain.
EUROPEAN PATCHWORK
MEETING (EPM) - Every year, the EPM has the pleasure to welcome visitors
from all around the world. Over the years, this internationally renowned event
has become the referent event in the field of traditional and modern patchwork
as well as art quilt.
The 4 villages of Val d’Argent open their most beautiful places to us, and during 4 days turn into real art galleries exhibiting between 1200 and 1500 textile works reflecting yesterday’s and today’s patchwork landscape to its 22 000 international visitors. Adding classes, conferences, activities and a considerable commercial area specialized in everything dealing with this art, it is not surprising to see this successful event taking place year after year.
