Taste South Moravian regional specialities and the fruitiest ice cream in Bohemia!
In the short wing of the Hall A1, visitors to Salima will find the exhibition entitled The Regional Foods of the South Moravian Region. Under the auspices of the South Moravian Region and the Regional Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, visitors will be given the opportunity to learn more about regional specialities. At stand no. 069, visitors can taste the fruitiest ice cream in the country. The company David Polanský will present quality and most delicious ice cream mixtures intended for the production of soft ice cream at INTECO. They will offer three types of ice cream mixture composition, which do not contain any preservatives or chemical dyes; the composition of the mixtures is on a natural basis. The proportion of fruit is in the range of 35-70% according to the type of ice cream.
