Fair for food industry and gastronomy
SZIF endorses 25 exhibitors
25 Czech brands and manufacturers who offer products labelled KLASA or Regional Food are presented at the Salima fair in Hall A1 at exhibition stand 001 under the wings of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. To name but a few, there is STOCK Plzeň-Božkov, Hanácká kyselka, KAND, LINEA, BONAVITA, Maso uzeniny Písek, Mlékárny Hlinsko a Valašské Meziříčí, Záruba FOOD, Knedlíky Svoboda, BONEKO, IBK Trade or Váhala sausages. Almost all exhibitors sent their innovations or superior products to the Golden Salima competition; the winners in each category will be announced at a ceremony tonight at the opening ceremony in the Rotunda of Hall A.
