30th anniversary Salima 2016 believes in a record year!
SALIMA - MBK - INTECO - VINEX – a complete show of the food industry, supplemented by the packaging and printing fair EMBAXPRINT.
There are many small local food and beverage exhibitions in the Czech Republic, but there is only one International Food Fair with a long tradition. The jubilee 30th edition of the Salima show will be held at the exhibition centre in Brno on 17 to 20 February 2016..
And it will bring a number of innovations!
The
new dates allow for a move
to one weekend day, i.e. Thursday through Saturday. The main reason for
including Saturday is addressing one of the main target groups of the fair - experts from the ranks
of tradesmen and small businesses. It is very difficult for this target group
to find space to visit the fair during the week.
New companies - The Brno Exhibition Centre are preparing a major campaign to gain new companies that still have not been exhibiting at the Salima fairs and also reach companies which were missed among the exhibitors during the last editions.
New conditions of participation - the organizers will also meet the exhibitors’ wishes with the price. After a survey of price sensitivity among exhibitors, the Brno Exhibition Centre decided to revise the price level. This has significantly reduced the cost per 1 m² of covered exhibition space compared with the previous year, similarly there was a reduction in the registration price for individual exhibitors and co-exhibitors. The deadline for applications is set for 30 September 2015, the basic price of exhibition space rental increases by 20%after the expiration of this date. Presentation at the SALIMA, MBK, INTECO and VINEX fairs brings entrepreneurs and businesses many opportunities.
Exhibitors can reach sales experts from a complete sales spectrum - from food wholesale and retail, bakeries, confectioneries, through the HORECA segment, importers and exporters of food and beverages to large and small-scale food production or suppliers of raw materials and services.
All of the fairs are on a high level and are primarily intended for B2B visitors. Same as at last year's food fairs, there will be a separate presentation of technology and finished products.
The
Hall "A" will house the presentation
of Czech and foreign food, there will be official foreign participation
stands and also stands of individual food suppliers, food additives, alcoholic
and soft drinks, sweets, coffee and tea, delicacies etc. There will also be
organic food, regional food or unusual and exotic foods, as well as new trends
that drive the current food market.
A specialized section of SALIMA – the food and drink production technology - will be installed in Hall "V" where professional visitors will see technological exhibitions of the 8th International Fair of Milling, Bakery and Confectionery MBK, the 27th International Fair of equipment for shops, hotels and catering facilities INTECO and the 20th International Wine Fair, VINEX.
The food fairs are complemented by the packaging, packing and printing technologies fair EMBAXPRINT. Joining these fairs also proved successful in previous years and the reason is obvious - a high percentage of the production of the packaging industry are directed to food.
