Fair for food industry and gastronomy
SALIMA supplemented by the MBK and INTECO fairs
Integral to the food calendar are the MBK and INTECO trade fairs. The first aims to present the quality and importance of the bakery and confectionary sector. Exhibiting here will be e.g. the companies Jarospol, Kornfeil, J4, TOPOS and TenArt. Part of the fair will be a so-called “Job Forum”, whose general partner is the company Albert. Here there will be presented opportunities for taking up apprenticeships within the food and catering industries. Participants at the INTECO trade fair, meanwhile, will include companies such as BUKOTEC, Eiskon, Hraspo, GASTRO MACH, GOZ Gastro, Maláč, MONTYCON gastro, UNIS COOL and others. Kitchen equipment in the form of combi steamers will be presented at the fair by the firms Rational and Retigo.
