The trend over the last few food fairs has been to separate food technology away from the traditional presentations of food and drinks. This year will be the first time, however, that technological innovations will have their very own trade fair - SALIMA Technology. Visitors will find it in Hall V, together with the MBK and INTECO trade fairs. Everything here will focus on machines, devices and exciting breakthroughs in automation and robotisation within the sector. Arriving in Brno are e.g. the companies Asseco Solutions, AWH, Bohemilk, Keiblinger, KONEKO marketing and PANINI. Visitors will discover the advantages of automation within the food industry at the company Stäubli Systems. They can learn about revolutionary sous-vide technology at the VAC-STAR CZ exhibition. If you drop by the X-MECHANICS stand, you will see e.g. the official coffee machine used at the World Barista Championship – made by Victoria Arduino. At the Fresh Juice stand, meanwhile, you can knock back another delicious breakfast beverage.
