Fair for food industry and gastronomy
Whom will the trade visitors visit for sure?
With the approaching date of the application deadline, which is 30
September 2015, well-known and economically minded firms and companies have
applied to participate in the SALIMA Food Fairs. The base price of exhibition
space will increase by 20% after the expiry of the application due date. Having
made use of this bargain offered by the organizer, the Salima fair will
feature, among others, the following companies from the following industries.
SALIMA will include exhibitors such as AQUALINK - drink production equipment , BOHEMILK - milk and dairy production, David KOVAL - ice cream makers, GEOCENTRUM - water treatment equipment, IMPEX FOOD - frozen cream and ice cream, STRNAD - food handling machinery, TERMOTECHNIKA BOHEMIA - cooling and freezing equipment, VOG s.r.o. - edible oils, canned vegetables. Foreign firms will include PANINI, an Italian company producing sterilizers, autoclaves and pasteurizers, Hungarian company KONKOLY with a range of meat products and sausages and the Slovak representation of CAFETO CENTRAL EUROPE offering a wide range of coffees and teas. The VINEX section will present a Hungarian company UNI-G providing sales and marketing for wine producers or the Lithuanian ARCELOR MITTAL supplying machinery and equipment for planting vineyards.
The MBK fair will feature for example JAROSPOL Technology producing and supplying machinery and equipment for bakeries, also Moravské potravinářské strojírny introduce new bread production line, the company TOPOS will offer blending machines for preparation of dough in bakeries; machinery for bakeries will also be exhibited by NORD Servis and SVAM Litomyšl.
INTECO – will present the company A.W.I.S. with its new POS systems, BUKOVEC company shows furniture for catering facilities while equipment for shops will be offered by UNITA Pavel Tacl. From among German representatives we could mention GO IN GmbH offering furniture and TOKA INDEVA introducing equipment for large kitchens and production facilities.
