Production of the best food, live!
For four days, the Czech company FRIGOMAT will put on a culinary performance for visitors of INTECO at their exhibition stand in Hall "V". Three confectionery masters will alternate in a special studio for four days, revealing the production of soft serve and cone ice cream and presenting examples of ornamentation and decoration of this frosty delight. They will also produce and decorate sweet desserts; there will be demonstrations of work with real chocolate, the production of sweets, pralines and chocolate decorations. And for those who prefer savoury delicacies, there will be a demonstration showing how the Italian focaccia bread is made.
