Fair for food industry and gastronomy
What and where at SALIMA?
Same as with Salima 2014, there will be separate presentations of technology and finished products. The Hall "A" will present food of Czech and foreign origins; it will house foreign participation stands and various suppliers of food, ingredients, alcoholic and soft drinks, sweets, coffee, tea and delicacies. You will find tastings of wines and beers from microbreweries here. State institutions such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic and the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism will also have their representation there.
The expert section of SALIMA offering a complete overview of the processing sector in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe will be installed in the Hall "V". The complex of SALIMA international food fairs includes the International Milling Industry, Bakery and Confectionery fair MBK and International Fair of Equipment for Retail Trade, Hotels and Catering Facilities INTECO. These fairs will present the leading manufacturers and suppliers of food and food technology, grain milling, bakery, confectionery, wine and equipment for shops, hotels and catering worldwide. It regularly presents the latest trends in all of these fields, and is also one of the leading international business meetings for the RETAIL and HORECA areas. The February SALIMA fair will feature more than 400 exhibitors and brands, not only from Europe but also from Africa and Asia.
