Learn about historical hunting carriages of Charles VI and T. G. Masaryk
Not only the most modern hunting supplies will be seen at this year's SILVA REGINA fair. Legacy hunting carts from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries are also waiting for visitors. Available for viewing is the Mylord Grande carriage, which in 1914 was produced in Prague by the imperial-royal court factory Petr Klubal a spol. At the turn of the century, these carriages belonged to the favourites of gentry and imperial families, but were also often used by Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the first president of Czechoslovakia. The Vis a Vis carriage was one of the means of transport widely used by Archduke Charles VI, the last Czech ruler of the Habsburg family. The carriage was built on 10 August 1909 by J. Weigel in Brandýs nad Labem.
