August fashion fairs will surprise with their novelties

 

STYL and KABO Fairs will be held at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 18 to 20 August and the preparations are in full swing. Now at 3 months until the start of the fairs, two hundred companies are already registered, which is nearly 80 percent of participants  of the previous edition in February 2013.

The STYL fair has reported 130 registered exhibitors including many completely new ones. A Bulgarian company Top Men will arrive with men's fashion, a range of clothing and underwear will be on display as part of the Hungarian national participation represented by six Hungarian firms; Hungarian Investment and Trade Agency is the organizer of the joint participation. There are also newbies  from Poland Rocks company with an range of trousers and Atlantic with swimwear and lingerie. Domestic companies’ premiere will include Sedra specializing in elegant lingerie and swimwear.

Exotic fashion will be introduced by several Brazilian companies under the auspices of the Embassy of Brazil and by Saiwan company from Honk Kong.

An innovation that was called for  by both professional visitors and exhibiting companies is the restoration of the section of fabric, haberdashery and equipment. This department provides space for the presentation of Czech production of textiles and textile goods, where creative design, good quality and reliable service are expected. Registered companies include Tylex Letovice, Jiří Steuer and German Hänsel Textil (clothing reinforcement material). Participation has also been tentatively suggested by other major companies in the field, such as Pega, Koh-i-noor, Nová Mosilana, la Linea, Altra, Výroba stuh – Elas.

Traditional and regular exhibitors will of course not be missing among the participants. Companies registered in recent days include for example, well-known Union of Glass and Jewellery Producers (Jablonec), D. Müller (CARRIWELL maternity clothes), Dolly Martin (fashion jewellery), Nela (women's clothing), Anytra (hats), Moděva (coats), Uomo & Donna (women's clothing), Boja (French women's fashion), Slovak companies Shamira and O.C. Marína with women's clothing and Polish company Moodo Urban Fashion with young fashion.

Also KABO has been filled for the most part after the application deadline. 70 companies confirmed their participation, which is the same as with STYL, approximately 80 per cent of exhibitors as at the last fair in February 2013. In recent days, companies such as AGB, Term, Borse design, Roala (Bugatti), Ferdinand Richter, Natur comfort shoes or Woolf registered.

Fair organizers are preparing innovations in fashion shows, which are a traditionally widely attended part of the Brno fashion trade fairs. They will be newly assembled into sections, where viewers will see all the interesting news and trends in a comprehensive form. STYLE Show will focus on readymade clothing, BEACHWEAR will reveal swimwear fashion for the next season, and a new "Night & Day" LINGERIE Show is reserved for underwear, hosiery and nightwear. Special shows will present the work of selected renowned foreign and domestic designers.
