Catwalks Have Come Alive; the Brno Fashion Trade Fairs Have Begun

Today at 9 o’clock the gates of the Brno Exhibition Centre were opened. The pavilions P and F have just started hosting the 43^rd International Fashion Trade Fairs STYL and KABO, where more than 550 fashion, footwear, and leatherwear brands from seventeen countries are presenting themselves. The catwalks have come alive as well. The series of fashion shows was started by the LINGERIE SHOW, where the makers of lingerie, nightwear, and hosiery introduced six fashion brands.

The fashion show was opened by the traditional Czech manufacturer, the company PLEAS, with a collection of nightwear; both long and short leggings Annes in various colour combinations followed. Afterwards, the catwalk mostly became the home of lingerie. Schiesser, a brand established in 1875, introduced lingerie for women and men, pyjamas, and sweatshirts and sweatpants; the visitors could also see the luxurious lingerie of the famous brands Sassa, Lisca, and Felina. Lingerie shows can be seen every day at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the duration of the whole trade fair in the pavilion P. Every day at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. they alternate with the STYL SHOW fashion shows of collections of female and male fashion.

A morning look into both pavilions suggested that the traders would have a busy day. In the pavilion P within the trade fair STYL, 149 exhibitioners from 11 countries representing 343 brands introduce their clothes for women, men, and children, lingerie, accessories, bijouterie, and fabric materials. In the pavilion F, which traditionally belongs to footwear and leatherwear, there are 79 companies with 215 brands from 12 countries exhibiting.
