The joint-stock company H&D, as was founded in 1990 as an association of natural persons, it has existed in the legal form of a joint-stock company since 1995. Since then, it has consistently been one of the 10 largest clothing manufacturers in the Czech Republic.

The Czech manufacturer of women's and men's clothing is based on fitting cuts made of natural materials and the best user comfort for each season.
