STYL and KABO confirmed the stabilization of the fashion market
For three days, Brno became a crossroads of the fashion industry and an indicator of new trends. The 46th issue of the STYL and KABO trade fairs introduced collections for the Spring and Summer 2016 and as the only international B2B presentation of the field on the Czech and Slovak market it, as expected, attracted five thousand professional visitors, traders, and buyers to the Brno Exhibition Centre. “The trade fairs have stabilized and are slightly on the rise. Dozens of new brands were presented here and, for example, the footwear section at the KABO trade fair was completely sold out,” said the director of the trade fairs Gabriela Císařová.
Fashion will be more voluminous and angular
Inspiration for next spring and summer was brought by the traditional trade fair lecture delivered by the fashion trends specialist Ellen Haeser from the Netherlands. Looser and more voluminous clothes will head for women’s wardrobes; the inspiration for them lies mainly in the 1970s and the 1990s.
STYL and KABO Fairs – summary
The 46th International Fashion Fairs STYL and KABO will be held at the Brno Exhibition Centre from Saturday 22 August to Monday 24 August 2015. Thanks to the stabilization in the field of fashion , the fairs enjoy great popularity in terms of strong exhibitor participation. This August, exhibitors from 17 countries present new collections by 633 fashion, textile, footwear and leatherware brands. Hundreds of innovation also include expected sales hits for the season spring/summer 2016. We expect that more than five thousand expert visitors will come check them out, i.e. mainly businessmen and merchandisers.
