Brief characteristics of the exhibit
AutoCalibrate is a continuous automatic calibration of yield records in the BiG X forage harvester. Auto calibration is performed on a continuous basis in the field, using data from the weighing equipment of the transport unit as part of the harvest chain. BiG X forage harvesters fitted with the CropControl device to measure yields as well as the trailers are equipped with systems for data recording connected to a mobile network. Calibration is performed continuously and automatically every time the "calibration" vehicle is loaded.

AutoCalibrate is a unique system designed by the design and development team of the Maschinenfabrik Bernard KRONE GmbH. Its performance is marked for accuracy. As a result of reducing the time of field return of the transport unit to the harvest line, their number can be finally reduced. The savings in labour, transport units and fuel efficiency lead to a reduction of harvest costs.
