Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Extremely fast regulation of volume flow rate with ceramic valve works over the full flow range 0 - 500 l/min with highest accuracy. The system is designed with a combination of pump rpm, valve position, pressure and flow based regulation. It finds the best set-up itself and can detect if all sensors work correct and/or a filter is blocked. The system recognizes what nozzle size is in operation and this self-calibration is done after the sprayer hasn’t sprayed for 2 min.
