Brief characteristics of the exhibit
ICT (Implement Controls Tractor - tools steers the tractor) is a new software that allows data obtained by the tool to control the speed of the tractor via ISOBUS . CLAAS company was first used system in the tractor with quadratic baler. ICT uses data obtained from four sensors have attached on the baler. These sensors measure the speed pick-up, or the insertion of the cutting speed of the rotor. Load cassation pre-chamber and the average growth package. It is calculated as the average of the last three values. The operator simply selects the maximum pressure package or maximum power. The limiting factors are the load of the baler , adjustable maximum traveling speed, adjustable speed on headlands. In case of overload the baler is disconnected PTO shaft and stop the tractor. To put the machine in motion just only the driver's command.
The system was designed to maximize capacity of tools. By minimizing the downtime and costs associated with repairs and maintenance of equipment.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
Always optimum machine settings and maximum utilization of its capacity, minimize downtime caused by blockage of the baler and its removal, facilitating the work of less experienced operators, minimize strain of the baler and extend its life, reducing the number of repairs and thus the cost of operation of the baler, comfort for operator.
