Brief characteristics of the exhibit
To maintain constant working depth of the tine cultivator Lemken Karat is news to ensure uniformity of soil depth cultivation. In field inequality of terrain the machine does not keep the depth enough, while on top of inequality get the tines into the soil too much. New simple but effective system will be offered as an option for semi-mounted cultivators Lemken Karat. The user will provide benefits in the form of optimal quality of work by adapting the whole set of terrain while also saving fuel due serially mounted traction power control.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
Additional hydraulic rod (no option for all other competitor) in the frame above the tines section is cultivator now regulating position of tine section against the rollers so the machine continuously copying the ground. This will keep the load for support wheels always at a constant level. Functioning the standard hydraulic traction power control will remain unaffected. The remaining supporting forces coming from sinking into the soil tine and weight of cultivator are fully transferred to the tractor. The hydraulic rod is electrically controlled. Drivers just once before starting the work set the required depth to calibrate the system. Then could already be sure maintaining the quality of work at a constant level.
