Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Rubin 12 is completely new and unique disc cultivator in order to prepare the soil with symmetrically attached discs up to 20 cm depth. Under the slogan deeper (than any existing discs cultivator) faster (than tine cultivator) and intensively (than the current disc and tine cultivators) handles large amounts of organic mass (especially corn stubble) evenly into the soil. The aim of this work is to achieve all agronomical requests: deeper tillage, thorough and uniform mixing of soil and crop residues, leveling and compaction of the soil surface optionally with variable types of rollers.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
The disc cultivator Rubin 12 is unique in its quality of work, where the cultivator working deeper than 7 cm cutting horizons slits evenly without forming ridges. New, symmetrical arrangement of disks in two rows allow machine operation without side moves. Each disk is attached to a specially shaped tine angles of 20 ° to the ground and 16 ° to the direction of travel. Disc diameter is unrivaled - 732 mm. For each series of discs are centrally adjustable harrow tine, followed by packers for reconsolidation. From the driver side is highly positive rated continuously hydraulic adjustment of the working depth of the machine from the tractor cab.
