Brief characteristics of the exhibit
VariQuick
Comfortable and practical system VariQuick allows quick and easy replacement of the corn conditioner for grass chute and vice versa. The corn conditioner and grass chute are interconnected and they can be moved like drawers. In this way, the cutting machine reaches much higher flexibility of use – whether it concerns cutting of maize, grass or whole plants for silage making. Thanks to the quick system VariQuick it is possible to re-change the machine including corn conditioner dismantling in a few minutes.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
If the client plans to harvest grass in the morning and maize in the afternoon, it is possible to speak of minutes in fact. It is only necessary to push the corn conditioner out of the material flow shaft. Thanks to interconnection of the corn conditioner and the grass shaft, the grass chute automatically inserts into the material flow channel.
In case of long-term use of the machine for grass harvesting it is possible to take the corn conditioner out completely in a few minutes.
The VariQuick system is equipped with a hydraulic manual pump that can be used for tilting the corn conditioner below the precision-chop forage harvester. Then, three transport castors are put on the crusher and it is possible to easily run the crusher out of the machine. The dismantling does not require use of any handling means and it is not demanding as far as the fitness of the staff is concerned.
