Brief characteristics of the exhibit
Speed Sharp is a fully automated knife grinder for the cutting system on the ZX dual-purpose forage wagons. It is made up of 24 grinding discs that are arranged on a hydraulically powered shaft. Speed Sharp grinds the full set of knives in built-in position in only two minutes. It is great at unique construction, simple and safe control.
Specification of advantages compared to the competitors
The Speed Sharp device excels for easy operation without physical and ergonomic efforts. The whole grinding process is performed by the side of the forage wagon. Thanks to that the sparks are flying upward eliminating any risk of setting flammable underbelly material on fire. In this way, safe grinding easily controlled by the service staff is guaranteed. At the present time, this is a unique device in the market.
