Brief characteristics of the exhibit
DODA 780 HD GREEN BEDDING screw separator provides high-efficiency and reliable separation of solid particles from liquid slurries and digestate. The humidity of the output material is adjusted simply by means of a lever counterweight system where the volume output of the machine is in the range of 10 m3 / h up to 35 m3 / h of fluid, depending on the density of the fluid. It is all made of stainless steel and stainless castings, the operating wear of the screw is compensated by 100% refurbishment to the original values. It is equipped with drying and conveying fans to provide 44% dry matter for HD breeds on farms all over the world.
