Albert Wimmer - Smart solutions towards an organic and healthy city
Cities are living and dynamic structures, fundamental change
processes take place and are manifested in our urban environment.
Therefor we have first to analyse who manages the city in whose interests, discuss key issuses like green buildings and cities, highlight projects (Bilbao effect), new mobility, new neighbourhoods etc., having in mind also a critical view. Finaly the driving forces for development of new organic urban quarters are shown by recent samples like the main railwaystation Vienna/Austria or various residential areas in austria and germany.
