Preliminary final report about Brno Building Fairs and concurrent DSB, MOBITEX, ENVIBRNO, URBIS INVEST and TECHNOLOGIE fairs

Brno Building Fairs and the International Fair for Furniture and Interior Design MOBITEX offered comprehensive information from the world of construction, building systems and interior fittings and fixtures. The specialist fairs ENVIBRNO, URBIS INVEST and URBIS TECHNOLOGIE supplemented the presented fields with an offer of investment opportunities, municipal technology and the topical environmental considerations. The novelty this year was the DSB - Timber Construction Fair Brno introducing wooden mounted houses and related fields of industry.

Investors are again showing interest in the free areas of cities and villages

Investments are a major source of money for cities and municipalities. The biggest problem is that the regions are not visible, they not present themselves, investors do not learn about the possibilities offered. Therefore, municipalities should cooperate with developers or a real estate agency.

New Green Savings programme at the Building Fairs Brno

The Building Fairs Brno taking place between 23rd – 27th March at the Brno Exhibition Centre will become the centre of up-to-date information about energy savings and funding options. These topics are highlighted both at the exhibitors’ stands, as part of the supporting programme and in consultancy centres of government institutions and professional associations.

Energy Performance of Buildings

On the first trade fair day, a conference will be held in the Rotunda of Hall A at the Brno Exhibition Centre which will focus on the evaluation of energy characteristics of buildings.

Next edition of highly specialized fairs ENVIBRNO, URBIS INVEST and TECHNOLOGY will be held in the period from 23 to 26 April at the Brno Exhibition Centre, featuring different regions and cities, as well as manufacturers of municipal and environmental technologies and services.
