This building differs, along with other service buildings, from the exhibition nature of the whole precinct. In the spirit of Králík's work, it is primarily civilian architecture and in this discipline surpasses the others with exceptional understanding of its function. The architect, in line with his worldview and his extraordinary abilities, created a piece of work that is not big in its scope but with its unusual understanding for the contemporary concept of humanism. With a calm and rational approach, he created an extraordinary work of art that perfectly presents the modern architecture of his time and documents the European and world-wide ideas of a new approach to construction. The harmony of artistic expression is very successful in presenting the conformity of function, structure and expression.
