The hot-air timber drier BIGonDRY with direct gas heating will premiere in the Czech Republic at the WOOD-TEC fair in Brno, being introduced at the exhibition stand of the company  Freewood s.r.o. This equipment has been used abroad for many years but here it is presented as an innovation. It offers low costs - 3 CZK per 1 pc of EUR-pallet, 800 x 1,200, CZK 65 per 1 m3 of timber. These are average costs of thermal treatment of ISPM 15 (at the price of CZK 15 / m3 of gas) in this drier. The direct integrated gas heating guarantees a 200 per cent protection against wood ignition and does not require any further investments in boilers, hot water tanks and boiler rooms.

Another innovation presented to the Czech customers will be a high-temperature chamber for thermal treatment of timber at temperatures of 180 - 230°C. „The Czech trading company Freewood s.r.o. exhibits its products at WOOD- TEC for the first time. Although we are already known by many business partners throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics, we would like to introduce ourselves here to new customers as a company that is capable of designing and delivering a complete production line including custom-made solutions,“  said Zdeněk Kramoliš, Freewood executive. We will bring to Brno a selection of machines that are currently in the highest demand as their offer a fast payback. This set of machines on display should appeal to small and medium-size enterprises that are looking for a possibility of investing into machines that save on wages, materials, which are precise and undemanding in terms of attendance and the high-temperature chamber also offers a new possibility of timber valuation.
