New control box CBD6S by LINAK: small, light, minimum power consumption

LINAK C&S will introduce its portfolio of electrically-operated lifting column systems for furniture, height adjustment of office tables and production work tables and their complete systems at the WOOD-TEC fair. The exhibition stand will offer new types of DL12 and DL17 columns from the DESKLINE series with a drive fitted in the column axis, as well as a new CBD6S control box. Its main advantages include small dimensions, low weight and, environmental friendliness thanks to minimum energy consumption in the stand-by mode. Another advantage of the control box is the absence of PVC containing materials.

„The objective of our presence at the Brno fair is to introduce LINAK products to professionals as well as the general public and to raise the public awareness of the possibilities of ergonomic adjustments of workplaces using adjustable systems. Our main partners are design engineers and designers followed by manufacturers,“ says sales assistant,  Aleš Hudec. For over 30 years, the Danish company LINAK A/S has dealt with the development and production of linear drives, lifting columns and their systems. LINAK C&S has operated in the Czech and Slovak markets for almost 10 years and its customers include companies dealing in the manufacture of health care equipment, agricultural mechanisms, and special dedicated machines. Our products are also applied in the field of HVAC and, last but not least, by furniture makers and specialised workplaces. „We are contacted by customers who look for adequate and cost effective replacement for costly hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In relation to this I may say that the crisis has affected our company in positive terms,“ adds Hudec.
