Fair of renewable energy sources in agriculture and forestry
Agriculture and forestry fairs launched with the participation of Minister of Agriculture
The complex of agricultural and forestry fair started today at 9 am when gates of the Brno Exhibition Centre opened. The interest of visitors has been enormous since day one; during the first three hours, 27,000 people passed through the gates of the Exhibition Centre. The official opening took place in the Rotunda of Hall A at 10 am, while the forestry and gamekeeping part was launched at 1:30 pm. Both of these ceremonies were attended by Minister of Agriculture Marian Jurečka and other guests; the gamekeeping part was also launched by the President of the Czech-Moravian Gamekeeping Union Jaroslav Palas.
During the opening ceremony awards were announced in competitions for the best exhibit of the four trade fairs and for personalities who have contributed to the development of agriculture.
