One of major issues of the roundtables at the Mobility of the Future conference was the optimization of transport and greater involvement of modern technologies to improve infrastructure. One of the conclusions that were presented by Director of the Centre for Transportation Research, Mr. Karel Pospíšil, and which could affect each passenger, was the idea of ​​the so-called door-to-door system. It is a vision of standardization of electronic ticketing systems. Everyone would then do with just one universal document for travelling by public transport from work or home to the destination across cities and types of transport without having to deal with individual travel documents.
