Are you regular exhibitors at the IDET/PYROS/ISET trade fairs? What has been your experience of taking part in the fairs in the past?
Our company hasn't missed a single one of the fifteen IDET International Defence and Security Technologies Fairs in Brno. We are based in the Moravian metropolis, so it would be rather strange if we did not take this wonderful opportunity of presenting our products at Brno Exhibition Centre. This year is a particularly significant one for us, as AURA is celebrating 30 successful years in May. The IDET trade fair and its visitors from the Czech Republic and abroad have certainly contributed to the fact that our information systems are now used in more than 20 countries around the world.

Do you meet the right kind of customers in Brno?
AURA is a purely Czech company that develops and supplies its own information systems that are specially adapted for military logistics and the legal agenda. We consider our participation in the IDET trade fair one of our important business and marketing events. Meeting up with the foreign exhibitors and visitors at the fair, particularly official representatives of the armed forces from partner countries, on our stand, on their own expositions and at the fair’s accompanying events helps us win new foreign customers and contributes to our evaluation of current demand in our field. The situation is also similar regarding the presentation of new products from our company portfolio to domestic customers, particularly in the area of military logistics.

What interesting items from your company's range can we see at the fair? What new products are you presenting in Brno?
At the beginning of this year, AURA was declared Company of the Decade for its excellent results in the development and implementation of information systems for military logistics.

It is clear that our new products at the fair will be primarily in the area of software for army logistics. You can look forward to innovations in the development of our successful MC CATALOGUE information system supporting cataloguing and a new generation of our comprehensive LIS information system supporting logistics. We have also released onto the market the new Advokta information system for law offices which expands our portfolio of products for the civilian sector.
