Distributed Control of Heterogeneous Team of Autonomous UAVs
Our system allows high-level control of coordinated teams of autonomous UAVs. Operator can address all assets as one unit and sets global mission goals (such as area surveillance, mobile target tracking or critical infrastructure protection) without specifying which particular asset should perform particular part of the mission. System performs resource allocation and mission execution in a distributed and decentralized manner. This approach allows reducing cognitive load of human operator.
