In e.sigma, we believe that standardization and the usage of commercial-off-the-shelf-equipment, as well as commonly used operating software, equip the user with easy maintainable products and allow straightforward upgrades and expansion. Our software development and modular platform technologies enable the customized project execution of simulation systems and training centers.
For IDET, we chose to exhibit SOKOLTM Parachute Simulator that covers multi-stage and holistic training of parachute-jumpers from beginner right down to paratrooper, Special Forces and amphibian troops.
In contrast to real jump, training on SOKOLTM offers an optimization, as exercises can be repeated under the same conditions as often as desired. Exercises can be expanded by making all sorts of adjustments, such as to wind and weather conditions, daytime and nighttime, thereby making the situational difficulty selectively harder for the trainee.
The safe simulator environment allows the trainee to fully concentrate on his/her jumping skills without distracting thoughts of injury and dangers posed during inclement weather jumps. Offering broad spectrum of training possibilities, SOKOLTM superbly closes the gap between theoretical learning and practical exercise.
