Portable, Powerful Videoscope
Ergonomically designed and weighting only 1.15 kg, meeting IP65 standards for protection against dust and water, can be used in an aggressive environment. Interchangeable ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) lighting options are available to expand the videoscope's capabilities. The PulsarPic image processor constantly optimizes images by reducing halation, balancing exposure, and optimizing gain quality. The oil clearing tip adaptor uses capillary action to draw oil away from the lens when polluted.

3D Measuring Laser Confocal Microscope
Designed to capture high-resolution measurements of 3D samples.
The scanning algorithm delivers improved data quality and improved speed to reduce scan time. Automatic data capture feature minimizes difficult setting adjustments. The low-output, non-contact, non-destructive laser means no sample preparation is required. Delicate materials can be measured without being damaged. The extension frame accommodates samples with a height of up to 210 mm, while the ultra-long working distance objective facilitates measurement of concavities as deep as 25 mm.

We asked

What interesting items from your company's range can we see at the fair? What new products are you presenting in Brno?
The company Olympus Czech Group, s.r.o. is presenting devices for the visual inspection of difficult-to-access spaces, including new products with UV and IR light, and stereomicroscopic systems with various recording devices and lighting at the fair. There is to be a demonstration of various software and hardware methods for enhancing image quality. Devices for finding corrosion allowances and material defects, such as thickness gauges and flaw detectors, are also to be presented.

What do you expect from this year’s fairs?
We are looking forward to meeting up with our existing business partners, and are confident that the IDET 2019 trade fair will be an excellent opportunity for establishing new business contacts. We expect a large visiting attendance, and will be trying to mount an attractive presentation of our company’s new products for security units.
