SIMON

The monitoring system produced by T-CZ has been developed for the purpose of monitoring activities in the 1030/1090 MHz band and replies from SSR, MLAT, ADS-B, ACAS, and IFF. Interrogations and replies concerning potential anomalies can be continuously monitored and evaluated, or further saved for the purpose of subsequent off-line analyses. It can be used for evaluation of all key interrogation parameters, such as an interrogator code (IC), pulse repetition frequency (PRF), horizontal antenna radiation pattern, etc. as well as evaluation of a load of a specified on-board responder. It provides warnings in real time based on pre-defined triggers. The main benefit is the determination of sources polluting the RF band. Of course, it also provides analyses of trends and reports with history.

LVA Antenna

The T-CZ Large Vertical Aperture antenna designed for MSSR systems is suitable for all climatic conditions without a radome. Antenna comprises 34 vertical radiating columns operating within an open reflector screen. Each column is protected with UV stabilized surface ABS radome for long term environmental durability. The antenna provides independent Interrogate & Monopulse SUM, Side Lobe Suppression (SLS) and Monopulse Difference (DIFF) azimuth patterns, each having a broad fan beam in elevation and sharp roll-off to provide excellent system performance and to reduce ground illumination.

Are you regular exhibitors at the IDET/PYROS/ISET trade fairs? What has been your experience of taking part in the fairs in the past?
The IDET trade fair is a traditional event for us and, you might say, a matter of the heart. Our company T-CZ is exhibiting here along with its parent company PAMCO. We meet up with our business partners from the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries here and strengthen our relations with them, and also make new contacts with potential partners and customers from all over the world.

We have always been satisfied at previous years of the fair. We have held a number of important talks here, so we didn't hesitate for a moment to come again this year.

What interesting items from your company's range can we see at the fair? What new products are you presenting in Brno?
T-CZ specialises in radiolocation equipment, primarily airport surveillance and approach radars. It goes without saying that we are also active in development, so we can offer a relatively interesting product portfolio. All our systems undergo continual development, though the most interesting innovations we should mention are our secondary surveillance radar, SIMON monitoring system and our recently completed LVA antenna.

What do you expect from this year's fairs?
From this year's IDET we expect, from the viewpoint of marketing, increased awareness among the trade community of the activities and products of the company T-CZ and our parent company PAMCO.

From the commercial viewpoint, we are confident of successful talks and establishing and strengthening relations with business partners and representatives from all over the world.
